Wednesday, April 21:
Perpetrator or Victim? Exploring the Cambodian Genocide
6:30 PM to 8 PM in VKC 100
Guest lecturer Kosal Phat will explain the difficulties involved in identifying and prosecuting those responsible for the Cambodian genocide.
